Job Description

• Organize and follow activities relative to the Utilities/Building and HVAC maintenance contracts on site.
• Organize daily work activities, in accordance with individual job/task procedures, ensuring QA/QC requirements are met.
• Ensure that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected during preparation and performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
• Make sure that HSE tool box meetings are conducted by Contractors,
• Participate to Job Safety Analysis prior to any major intervention when required, Report and analyse diligently any unforeseen event (shutdowns, accidents) to his Manager.
• Manage interventions using the CMMS (UNISUP), Enter intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and write the technical reports related to his field, Monitor the functioning and running parameters of utilities and equipment placed under his responsibility.
• Take part in daily, weekly and coordination meetings on SITE, Ensure that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams.
• Ensure that all spare parts and tools are correctly stored on site, record all spares part consumption, Report to Methods Support any anomaly in the spares inventory available on site, Ensure proper management of workshops, offices, tools, metrology equipment, PPEs, consumables and stationeries of his teams.
• Carry out, at COMPANY’s request, any intervention within his field of competence, Evaluate and assess performances of technicians within his team.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc degree or equivalent in Engineering,
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,
• A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
• Specific professional knowledge for Electrical discipline: LV/HT certifications, experience on 3.3KV / 6.6KV / 400V / 220V / 48V /24V and HVAC.
• Computer literate: MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS POWERPOINT, CMMS : SAP/R3.
• English minimum acceptable level for CONTRACTOR key PERSONNEL is a score of 700 TOEIC language proficiency test or equivalent. Knowledge of French language an advantage,
• Must have proven ability as a leader of small teams. Perfectly competent and independent in his field, organizational ability. Natural authority, founded on his abilities and on the trust he has in his teams, is essential.
