Due to our Cloud growth and increasing demand for our Cloud services, we are looking to increase our sales force across all Applications products and we offer a diverse set of opportunities for all levels of experience.

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for selling Oracle’s next generation of Cloud Applications. What does that mean:

As an Applications Sales Representative, you will engage with prospect organizations to position Oracle’s Cloud solutions through Challenger based selling, business case creation, Customer references and analyst data
You are the owner of your territory and customer relationships
You have customer success as your top priority
You manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre Sales experts, Oracle Consulting Services, Oracle’s Executives and our global Partner network
You generate short term results as well as maintaining a long term perspective for your accounts in your territory to maximize revenue generation
You will ensure daily update of the Oracle Sales Cloud with accurate customer and pipeline data

5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience.
Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills.
Successful sales track record.
Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors.
Interaction with C level players.
Team player.
Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
