Job Description
- State Technical Officer - Clinical Services (HIV Testing Services) will work with other state technical staff and SMOH staff, the State Technical Officer (HTS) will ensure technical and programmtic support to implement high quality comprehensive HIV interventions in all supported health facilities and communities focusing on targeted HTS for potentially high yield populations and pregnant women towards achieving the UNAIDS 90-90-90 goals.
- He/ She will also provide support to optimize linkage of ALL HIV positive clients to care and treatment.
Minimum Recruitment Standards
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Sciences or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years post national youth service experience in HTS programing in Nigeria.
- Demonstrable experience in overall care and support for PLHIV.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CHOs highly desirable.
