Job Title: Digital Support Manager
Location: Lagos
Division: Information Systems
Core Purpose of the Job
To manage the installation, commissioning and maintenance of all digital services platforms. And also managed digital services engagements and partnerships from an operational and governance perspective.
Job Summary
Developing and implementing Marketing Processes that are aligned to achieving all elements on the business score card.
Participate in the review of Business Processes to drive efficiency gains.
Assist IS and Business Units in planning and developing technology budgets for the upcoming financial years and develop detailed plans in support of approved ICT deployments.
Manage the performance and availability of the digital systems
Manage & control all system installations and commissioning.
Develop and maintain an efficient Digital system logs and backup and restore procedure.
Initiate corrective actions to digital network failures
Monitor the status and performance of the applications and integrated systems
Control access to all Digital systems
Manage Fault escalation in line with specified Resolution timelines
Coordinate the roll out and testing of digital products and services
Support the digital services SM to set up governance structure to manage partners
Research and develop concepts for big data insight related solutions to create new products and services leveraging ICT solutions
Serve the Division’s internal customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
Liaise with suppliers on service level agreements, KPI delivery and all its related issues and maintain digital Systems performance KPIs
Strategic Partnerships with MTNN leadership team to drive awareness on expected behaviours and impact on non-compliance on bottom line results and company image/reputation.
Network and build solid relationships with internal units and relevant third parties and develop a close working relationship with relevant information sources to provide an integrated service.
Engage with the various dependent vendors and drive optimal service delivery
Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
Coach and train the team to ensure understanding of the objectives and goals of the department, awareness of set targets/requirements and regularly review their training needs.
Job Conditions
Normal MTNN working conditions.
May be required to work extended hours
Requirements
Education:
First degree or equivalent in relevant engineering degree.
Experience:
Minimum six (6) years hands-on experience in telecommunications/ICT environment.
Experience managing the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Digital/ICT platforms
Experience in internal and external stakeholder management.
Experience in digital support environment with evidence
Experience in architecture of digital products.
Experience in the operational support of the Digital system and its associated components.
