We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance & Administration Support Executive

Location: Lagos

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide Support to F&A Manager in various administrative tasks
• Ensure good execution of import procedures for resale goods and order processing to customers
• Supply Chain - in coordination with Supply Chain Abidjan:
  • Contact with Customs
  • Follow import procedure
  • Verify import invoices
  • Prepare posting proposal in SAGE
• Order Processing - in coordination Customer Service Abidjan:
  • Receive Customer orders
  • Process customer orders in SAGE
  • Follow-up on goods delivery to customers
  • Back-up for Customer Service Abidjan
• Inventory - In coordination with F&A Nigeria and Customer Order Abidjan:
  • Perform periodic inventory check
• Documentation - keep proper import/sales documentation
• Support Head of Finance and Administration with various administrative tasks (e.g. filing of documents, Completeness of supporting evidence for Invoices and Concur, follow-up on WHT receipts, and similar).
• Ensure goods availability at our warehouse
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders

Skills, Experience and Qualification

• University degree or professional trainings in the area of supply chain and customer order processing
• Experience with customs clearings procedures
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to work independently
• Leadership and Organization Skills
• Must be fluent in French
