Job Description

The Client Support Executive Key Accounts is responsible for managing an array of accounts; achieving high sales targets, meeting with customer’s SLA and surpass them.
He will also oversee and control the work of the dedicated commercial organization that is appointed to group’s Key Accounts.
Therefor he is also responsible for enlarging share of wallet at existing clients and leading the team’s productivity.

Duties

Leading, training, and managing other members of the commercial team and dealing with any issues that may arise;
Responsible for managing several accounts and being the face of the company to many key clients;
Championing the customer/client at all levels internally and training the commercial team to efficiently represent the customer;
Achieving high sales targets and goals while motivating the commercial team to do the same;
Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts;
Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support;
Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff;
Ensuring they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition;
Increasing employers share of wallet at existing key-clients.

Expectations

Degrees in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields are typically required;
Formal sales training with Spin Selling, Kenneth Smit, TACK, Xerox or Miller Heiman is a distinct advantage;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory;
Ability to lead and motivate a small team would be an advantage;
