We are inviting applications for the position below:

Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor - Quality Control, Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities
Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:

• Assist in preparing broth for seed culture and inoculate sterile carrier materials;
• Assist in monitoring aerated broth and curing product;
• Liaise with the quality control team to ascertain the quality of starter culture, broth and the final product;
• Assist in supervising laboratory activities to the quality of the inoculant being produced;
• Keep records of batch size and related information;
• Perform any their duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology or related courses with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience performing similar role.

Competencies
Ideal Candidate must:

• Have good sense of cleanliness and must be familiar with safe laboratory practices.
• Have a good sense of interpersonal relationship.
