A leading Group of Company in Transport & Logistic Services and Fleet Management is looking for Competent, Qualified and Hardworking Candidate to occupy the following positions:
1.) Logistics / Fleet Management Manager
Requirements
BSc / HND in Social Science, Engineering and related fields from recognized University and Polytechnic
Minimum of 5 years experience in Fleet Management especially in Cement and Bottle Haulage Services
Ability to direct and evaluate Fleet Officers in the accomplishment of goals and objectives
Knowledge of work team concepts and productivity standard in a truck repair facility
Demonstrate ability to manage priorities and workload
Ability to manage the operations and maintenance of the company’s fleet as assigned
Developing and implementing fleet preventive maintenance programme
Ability to monitor and tracking of truck from day of dispatch to destination of delivery
Planning and daily activities of transport operations and ensuring safe delivery of goods
Managing Fleet budget preparing short and long term plans for the fleet including routing and scheduling
Excellent understanding of Customer Market Dynamics and Requirement
Computer Literate (with proficient in Ms Excel, Word and Power Point), Planning and Administrative Skills
2.) Personal Assistant to the CEO
Requirements
BSc /HND in Social Science, Humanity or related fields from recognized University and Polytechnic
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same capacity in a well established company especially in Logistics/ Haulage Company
Proficient in Computer Package utilization (Ms Excel. Word, Power Point etc)
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and shifty to work independently and take initiatives
Ability to manage output workflow and office deadline and prepare agenda and draft minutes
Ability to manage and organize effectively and efficiently the Chief Executive Officer’s office
Ability to liaise with relevant individuals, external organization and arrange meetings.
3.) Head of Audit / Internal Control
Requirements
First Degree or its equivalent In Accounting, Economics or other numerate discipline
Professional Accounting Qualification like ACA, ACCA or other recognized Professional Body
Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same capacity
Proficient in Computer (Ms Excel, Word, Power Point) and relevant Accounting Packages
Demonstrate Knowledge of Current Accounting Standards and Procedures
Experience in Audit and relevant Accounting Statutory Compliance
Knowledge of Audit/Control in Logistics/Haulage Company and General Audit /Control Procedures
Leadership and Management Skills
4.) Audit / Internal Control Officer
Requirements
First Degree in or its equivalent in Accounting, Economics or other numerate discipline
Professional Accounting Qualification like ACA.ACCA0r other recognized Professional Body is added advantage not compulsory
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same capacity
Proficient in Computer (Ms Excel, Word, Power Point) and relevant Accounting Packages
Demonstrate Knowledge of Current Accounting Standards and Procedures
Experience in Audit and relevant Accounting Statutory Compliance
Knowledge of Audit/ Control in Logistics/Haulage Company and General Audit/Control Procedures
5.) Health, Environment and Safety Officer
Requirements
Bsc/ HND in Environmental Science or related fields
Minimum of 4 years work experience In the same capacity especially in a factory related, Logistics/Haulage companies
Ability to monitor and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations ins Logistics/Haulage company
Developing measures to assure Personnel Safety and to correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular tine of authority
Knowledge of Occupational and Safety Acts
Ability to Formulate relevant Safety and Health Policies
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
An Eye for detail and Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging situations
