Job Title: Human Resources Officer

The Job

• Work in partnership with line managers on all human resources matters.
• Work closely with HR manager on other Hr functions.
• Ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with statutory and company requirements.
• Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives.

Qualification

• 5 O’Level credits including Mathematics and English Language in not more than two sittings
• HND/B.sc in any social science discipline with not less than second class lower/upper credit.
• CIPM part qualification will be an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Team orientated and Results focused

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
