We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Nigeria
Report to the Store and Inventory Manager
Key Elements of the Role
Support the Store and Inventory Manager in achieving the following:
- Define the strategic direction for the Warehouse functions which align with the overall strategic goal of the HealthPlus Group
- Implement good Warehouse Practice in line with global standards for Pharmaceuticals warehousing
- Responsible for stocktake and cycle count activities
- Provide regular report of inventory management performance
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Plan and prepare drafts for warehouse racking expansions in an effort to ensure the fullest utilization of warehouse space as required
- Guarantee Health and Safety standards are adhered to implementation of best practice Human Resources policies and procedures in the organisation
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing Management, Logistics & Supply Management, Business Admin or related discipline
- 3 years relevant work experience
- Planning & organizational effectiveness
- Quality decision & problem solving skills
- Negotiation & persuasive skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good people skills
- A good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel
