Why should age be a 'major' criteria for employment, does it mean that those with younger age are active than those with older age? If so, then You are wrong cos people naturally are born active & strong than others. Age should not be used to deprived others cos not everybody have the opportunity to go to school early. Employer of labour be ware. Be transparent in dealing with applicants. God bless u as u do so.

It is better to put age limit on admission to schools than to allow people of all ages to go to school and come out to remain jobless due to age factor. Employers of labour should rethink this, it is disheartening!
