Why are u considering Bsc alone? HND holders should be given an opportunity to apply. Is nt fair at lot, wen it comes 2 discrimination.

Sometimes one, particularly myself, gets upset by some of the employment requirements by employers, particularly the age requirement. Everyone knows that in Nigeria, things hardly work as one plan them such that even the programme of when one intends leaving school. for one of the following reasons; 1. the number of universities in Nigeria are not enough to accommodate the applicant and the secondary schools keep producing applicants every year. this problem gave rise to the high increase in special centre examination so as for the nonacademic materials who highjacked the process for a long time to have their way. It has kept people like me for goof 12 years after my secondary education, now I am 35, a fresh graduate and job requirements make under 30 a prerequisite. Please can you tell this to who cares

i was thinking i could see a job meant for B.A holders, even with job experience in the required field. Where is the place for ARTS not fine arts graduates?

It is sad that employers in nigeria will always put age limit in employment when they themselves were not restricted. Given the nigeria situation, how many poeople do u think have that priviledge to graduate at early age? I think this should stop if u acyually have the nigeria youth at heart. Pls stop turning our youths to birth affidavit forgers.

The issue of age will not be overlooked, its pathetic to here of organizations given age limit which is not encouraging,Its like dashing the hope of youth graduating from school. All the same be hopeful and keep on praying.I prayed to God to give me a job devoid of age which God did in His own time.

The people in helm of affairs today in some of the ministry and organizations entered the system with first school leaving certificate and managed to further even when they are 40years,go to university of Abuja and see old people in part-time programme hoping to get first degree.so,the issue of age in employment in Nigeria is just paper work.the government is responsible for all these.too many graduates chasing few jobs-what do u expect.God will help us in Jesus Name.
