  • Candidates must have spent a mininum of four (4) years as Deputy Director or equivalent in a Research Institute or similar organization and must have published at least fifteen (15) publications in reputable journals and (15) fifteen  conference / seminar papers.

2.)  Director (Road Research Department)

Qualification
  • Ph.D in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Traffic Engineering & Engineering Geology.
Experience

Unemployment in Nigeria is now a thing both private and d public sector dnt want to consider as a serious problem. Imagine, for all these old people to forget abt the new generation means that the country is on the verge of collapse. MTN, GLO, and even dangote etc. Asking for 1million experience b4 employment. U dnt want to allow fresh ideas except old and retarded ideas which has not done anything good for us since independence. I see Nigeria as a country playing wt damnation and utter destruction; cos the youth wil revoke somday and all their investments shall be destroyed! I see a new Nigeria emerge, where we shall have love for evry Nigerian. 1LUV!

So many times I wonder if Nigeria's labour market(public and private)has anything for fresh graduates. Everywhere one turns,it's usually about certain number of years of working experience. Wherd will a fresh graduate(HND or B.Sc) get that from? God help Nigerian youth and the future of this country!
