About Oando Graduate Trainees Programme
The Graduate Training Programme is designed to develop tomorrow's leaders today and equip them with the right professional and soft skills required to survive in the dynamic business world.

Subsequent to a highly competitive selection process, shortlisted candidates will undergo a structured and comprehensive training programme involving both formal and on the job learning. At the end of the programme, successful candidates will be considered for permanent positions within the company.

Requirements:

Prospective candidates will be professional, passionate, ambitious and able to demonstrate a high level of integrity. They will be team players, who exhibit a high level of respect and must possess the following:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree with minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any discipline
  • Completion of NYSC by 31st December 2011
  • Minimum of 5 B’s and 2 C’s in WASC, SSCE or GCE ‘O’ in one sitting, which must include Mathematics and English.
  • Age: Not more than 25 years as of the 31st December 2011
The programme is open only to graduates who obtained their Bachelor’s degree in the last four (4) years.

This is really barbaric and horrible. You guys should help me ask them is it age they need or brains to do the job. Result no dey do work o, na brain so make una wake up. most scholars that made good results in the universities that really studied their books do not even have such a great result. I no blame una because una children don go special centres get those una grades, una wan come dey use such results. God dey.

There's really no point in abusing them. Personally, requirements like this don't scare me, i always apply as long as i like the job advertised,after all there is no harm in trying.so i advice you to do same and stop displaying this kind of attitude, it won't help you.
