Position: Receptionist

• First line employee that visitors interact with.
• Responsible for welcoming visitors to the company, determining the nature and purpose of visit and directing along established guidelines, authorized visitors to the appropriate quarters.
• Keeps an electronic log of correspondence to the company.
• Deals with internal inquiries on the phone, makes sure that all visitors fill the visitors’ register, keeps track of all who enter the company and maintains decorum in the reception.

• Minimum of OND and at least five  O‘Level Credits, including Mathematics & English at not more than two sittings.

• Must be confident with good organizational ability and ability to multitask.
• Must be friendly and possess good communication, presentation and language skills.
• Basic use of the computer and its applications is necessary.

• Minimum of two years relevant experience.
