What is the meaning of experience? I know that it is only someone who is placed on a particular job can have experience on that job. Therefore I submit that if we employ then experience is welcome. Employers of labour, Be WISE.

Our country's labour market is thronged with both youth and adult with less blame on them b/cos nobody after graduation is happy to be jobless. Going by word " massive recruitment" and with sincerity of purpose to curb unemployment, emphasise should be place evenly,if not more on adult who has less service years to enjoy their longsuffering .

It is quite unfortunate that the advertised jobs are not meant for young Nigerians who constitute the larger number of the unemployed. However, it is also saddening to see most comments with grammatical errors, poor spellings and unnecessary thoughts. Who do we blame for these......Federal government I suppose?
I watched on YouTube, the video of a teacher with twenty years of teaching who could not read properly in Edo state.

What is the problem with this nation? We just want to throw blames and accusations meanwhile we have a lot to work upon by ourselves.
When will I begin to see postings, comments, texts devoid of stupid abbreviations and unpardonable spelling mistakes? Lets look inward please.
