A reputable fast growing Food Processing, Packaging and Distribution company in Ipaja, Lagos state, is in the process of recruiting new staff to complement its operations and therefore looking for resourceful, vibrant purpose driven professional with high integrity and relevant experience to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources and Admin

Location: Ipaja, Lagos

Requirements
The suitable candidate must possess the following:

• B.Sc./HND in relevant disciplines with a minimum of Second Class or Lower Credit.
• Professional qualification will be added advantage
• Must be highly skilled in Labour laws and other relevant contracts.
• Good human management skills and planning with a strong sense of curiosity.
• Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience in a Food Pprocessing company or similar industry
• Must not be more than 40 years of age.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
