Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve customers problems
Deployment of Office365 solutions to customers
Support Office365 tickets as opened in the helpdesk partal
Provide training to customers on Office365 capabilities
Support the marketing team on Office365 technical issues
Sever administration
Test and document software
Database management
All tasks concerning the installation, migration and support of a sever system
Microsoft Cloud products installation and support
Requirements
We want to hear from you if:
You are able to commit to completing full time internship for 6 months
You are currently in education or have graduated from an Undergraduate or Postgraduate course within the last 12 months
You have a BA/B.Sc in a Business related or IT degree
You have right to work in the country in which you are currently located
