What Nigerians need is an equal opportunity to be given to everyone for all that are priveleged to have this information to apply and showcase their extent of intelligence. Cos certificate intelligence might not necessarily imply or translate to actual intelligence. We can't all go into the higher institutions and be expected to all come out with same results. Judging by what's on the certificate can most often be misleading too as those certificates are sometimes defined by or influenced by the confronting circumstances of the holder through school. FCMB,give equal chance to all that will be applying to be tried and be judged by their individual performances, pls. Thanks.

Any you want a job (any job) with this kind of writing? Was that what you were thought in school? No bank would like an employee that can't write proper english.

The job advertised isn't for fresh graduates its a management trainee position which requires experience and higher academic training and qualifications. If you don't meet the criteria, wait for the graduate trainee opening or just move on.
